Sauniatu Waterfall

The village of Sauniatu is tucked in the crater of an extinct volcano 20 miles east of Apia on the island of Upolu in Western Samoa. Sauniatu is isolated. Sauniatu Waterfall and scenic drive is a 7km drive inland from the main east coast road from Saoluafata village.The drive offers stunning views of dramatic mountain landscapes and pretty village gardens. A grassy path leads to a beautiful freshwater swimming hole and waterfall in a beautiful rainforest setting.
